FCSO Deputies Arrests Four In Foiled Armed Robbery
SUBJECT: Najee Skinner Johnson, age 21, of 3100 Colony Lane, Florence, SC 29505 was arrested by Florence County Sheriff’s Office Deputies on October 23, 2014 and charged with Attempted Armed Robbery (S.C. SUBJECT: Jeremy Andrew Lee, age 17, of 3748 Olanta Highway, Olanta, SC 29114 was arrested by Florence County Sheriff’s Office Deputies on October 24, 2014 and charged with Attempted Armed Robbery (S.C. SUBJECT: Kegan Marcus Peterson, age 18, of 700 South Cashua Drive, Apartment 13B, was arrested by Florence County Sheriff’s Office Deputies on October 24, 2014 and charged with Attempted Armed Robbery (S.C. SUBJECT: Hannah Diane Gore, age 19, of 426 N. Ham Road, Timmonsville, SC 29161 was arrested by Florence County Sheriff’s Office Deputies on October 23, 2014 and charged with Attempted Armed Robbery (S.C. Code Section 16-11-330(B)) and Criminal Conspiracy (S.C. Code Section 16-17-410). See FCSO Booking Website for additional information.
NARRATIVE: On October 23, 2014, a Florence County Sheriff’s Office Patrol Deputy checking on a suspicious vehicle and the alert owner of a convenience store located at 303 Cale Yarborough Highway, Timmonsville, SC thwarted an attempted armed robbery in progress. According to Investigators, Najee Skinner Johnson, Jeremy Andrew Lee and Kegan Marcus Peterson, while wearing masks, allegedly attempted to rob the store after being let out of a vehicle operated by Hannah Diane Gore and parked on the side of the business. Investigators allege that the store owner saw the three suspects approaching and locked the door at about the same time the Deputy was checking on the suspicious vehicle operated by Gore, preventing the would be robbers from entering the store or returning to the vehicle. Gore and Johnson were apprehended at the scene. Peterson and Lee were arrested the following day.
All four suspects remain at the Florence County Detention Center at this time. Bond for Peterson, Lee and Gore was set at $25,000.00 (surety) each. At the time of his arrest, Johnson also had an outstanding warrant for Breach of Trust. Bond for Johnson was set at $27,133.00 (surety).
