FCSO NEEDS YOUR HELP IN LOCATING A MISSING TEEN
Investigators with the Florence County Sheriff’s Office need your help in locating a missing teen. Seadera Adenikie “Cee-Cee” Franklin, age 16, of 2113 West Churchill Place, Florence, SC was last seen on February 28, 2017. Franklin is described as a black female, approximately 4 feet, 9 inches tall, weighing approximately 111 pounds with black hair and brown eyes (see attached photograph).
