FCSO MAKES DRUG ARREST
SUBJECT:Hasean Blue, age 38, of 507 Moore Street, Lake City, SC 29560 was arrested by Investigators with the Florence County Sheriff’s Office on April 8, 2014 and charged with Distribution of Cocaine Base (S.C. Code Section 44-53-375(B)), Trafficking in Crack Cocaine (S.C. Code Section 44-53-375(C)(1)), Possession with Intent to Distribute Cocaine, (3rd or subsequent) (S.C. Code Section 44-53-370(b)(2)), Distribution of Cocaine, (3rd or subsequent) (S.C. Code Section 44-53-370 (B)(1)). See FCSO Booking website for additional details.
NARRATIVE:Specially trained Narcotics Investigators with the Florence County Sheriff’s Office arrested Hasean Blue on April 8, 2014 and charged him with Trafficking in Crack Cocaine, Possession with Intent to Distribute Cocaine, Possession with Intent to Distribute Cocaine and Possession with Intent to Distribute Cocaine, (3rd or subsequent). This arrest follows an investigation which has been ongoing for months. According to Investigators, when they attempted to serve the arrest warrants on Blue, he led deputies on a short foot chase in Lake City, SC and was found to be in possession of crack cocaine in excess of 10 grams.
Blue is being held at the Florence County Detention Center on a $100,000.00 surety bond.
