FLORENCE MAN CHARGED WITH CSC WITH A MINOR
SUBJECT: Roger Dale Lupo, age 49, of 3645 Bobwhite Trail, Lot 2, Effingham, SC 29541 was arrested on April 16, 2019 by Investigators with the Florence County Sheriff’s Office and charged with Criminal Sexual Conduct With a Minor (First Degree, victim under the age of 11 years), (S.C. NARRATIVE: On April 16, 2019 Investigators with the Florence County Sheriff’s Office arrested Roger Dale Lupo and charged him with Criminal Sexual Conduct With a Minor (victim under the age of 11 years). According to Investigators, between August 2015 and July 2018 Lupo is alleged to have performed a sex act upon a victim who was 3 years of age at the time.
Lupo was arrested in Columbia, SC with the assistance of Richland County Sheriff’s Department and Florence Division of the U.S. Marshals Fugitive Task Force. Lupo will be held at the Florence County Sheriff’s Office pending a bond hearing.
