SUBJECT: Gafaskia Shonique Richardson, age 28, of 1320 W. Dixie Street, Florence, SC 20501 was arrested by Investigators with the Florence County Sheriff’s Office on May 11, 2020 and charged with one count of Accessory Before the Fact of a Felony (S.C. Code Ann. 16-01-055) and one count of Accessory After the Fact of a Felony (S.C. Code Ann. 16-01-040). See FCSO Booking Website for additional details.
NARRATIVE: Investigators with the Florence County Sheriff’s Office arrested Gafaskia Shonique Richardson on May 11, 2020 and charged her with one count of Accessory Before and After the Fact of a Felony. According to Investigators, on or about May 7, 2020 Richardson is alleged to have knowingly driven the as yet unidentified suspect in the armed robbery of the Dollar General Store located on South Irby Street in Effingham, SC to the store prior to the robbery and picked up the suspect afterwards. Investigators allege that security cameras captured images of Richardson and the vehicle she was operating before and after the incident.
Richardson is being held at the Florence County Detention Center on a $15,000.00 surety bond.
