Florence County Sheriffs Office Narcotics Investigators, with the assistance of the FCSO SWAT Team executed a search warrant earlier today at 5023 Milan Road, Florence, SC. The search produced a quantity of illegal narcotics, including approximately 37.9 grams of cocaine, 6.8 grams of crack cocaine and 144.3 grams (approximately 4500 doses) of heroin. Investigators also seized a quantity of U.S. currency, three handguns and several vehicles believed to be either utilized in the distribution of narcotics or the fruits thereof. Investigators arrested Clemmie Lee Jones, Jr. at the residence and charged him with Trafficking in Heroin, Trafficking in Cocaine, Possession With Intent to Distribute Crack Cocaine and Possession of a Weapon During the Commission of a Violent Crime. In an unrelated case, Narcotics Investigators executed a search warrant at 3053 Canal Drive, Florence, SC 20505 and discovered approximately 543 units of controlled substances in pill form. (see Hunt photo attached) Investigators arrested Kristen Nicole Hunt at the search location and charged her with Possession of Controlled Substances as well as three (3) counts of Distribution of Controlled Substances.
Both Jones and Hunt are being held at the Florence County Detention Center while awaiting a bond hearing.
