FCSO Investigates Indecent Exposure
SUBJECT:Mark Andrews Manning, age 54, of 2585 Heathway Drive, Florence, SC was arrested by Investigators with the Florence County Sheriff’s Office on August 16, 2014 and charged with Indecent Exposure (S.C. Code Section 16-15-130). See FCSO Booking Website for additional information.
NARRATIVE: Investigators with the Florence County Sheriff’s Office arrested Mark Andrews Manning on August 16, 2014 and charged him with several counts of Indecent Exposure. According to Investigators, Manning is alleged to have willfully exposed his private parts to victims at a local mall food court in Florence County. The incidents are alleged to have occurred between the dates of May 1, 2013 and August 16, 2014.
Manning was released from the Florence County Detention Center on August 17, 2014 on a $6000.00 surety bond.
Under South Carolina law, Indecent Exposure is a misdemeanor punishable by a fine in the discretion of the court or up to 3 years in prison, or both.
