FCSO MAKES ARREST IN NIGHT CLUB STABBING
SUBJECT: Christopher Wayne Outlaw, age 31, of 2539 Grants Mill Road, Wallace, SC 29596 was arrested by Deputies with the Florence County Sheriff’s Office on September 20, 2014 and charged Attempted Murder (S.C. Code Section 16-03-029). See FCSO Booking Website for additional information.
NARRATIVE: Investigators with the Florence County Sheriff’s Office arrested Christopher Wayne Outlaw on September 20, 2014 in connection with a stabbing which occurred on the evening of September 19, 2014 at a night club located at 1423 West Lucas Street in Florence County. According to Investigators, Outlaw is alleged to have been involved in a physical altercation inside the club and had been escorted outside by security. Once in the parking lot, Outlaw is alleged to have become disorderly again, and stabbed the victim. The victim was transported to an area hospital for treatment. No information on the condition of the victim is available at this time.
Outlaw is being held at the Florence County Detention Center on a $25,000.00 surety bond.
Under South Carolina law, attempted murder is a felony punishable by up to 30 years in prison.
